A new group of 30 students have graduated from the free English language classes provided by IDS Operations.

Since starting the project in 2008, over 300 people have taken the free classes provided by IDS Operations in both Romania and Bulgaria. 80% of those graduating in Romania have gone on to a job at the nearby Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base.
